ADIS (Alcohol Drug Information School) will be offered at Serenity Point Counseling Services, 919 South Second Avenue Walla Walla WA 99362 on Sunday August 27, 2107 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This course will satisfy WAC requirements for Washington State Licensed drivers that have had an assessment indicating that ADIS is required.
Persons interested in participating in this eight hour course must contact Maria Hernandez or Angie Cabrera at 509-529-6036 prior to Wednesday August 23, 2017 to schedule an admission appointment to participate in Sunday’s course. The cost is $250.00 and is not covered by state funded health care or insurance companies. During the admission appointment participants will pay the cost of the course, sign Release of Information for all referral sources, including Washington State Department of Licensing if course participation is due to DUI, as well as provide contact information/address as to where ADIS completion certificates should be mailed.
